Pauline Borch is the Director of Homestay Direct Pty Ltd. Pauline began Homestay Direct to offer international students a secure and happy study environment during their stay in Australia whilst away from their loved ones.

With a Diploma in Human Resources, Pauline has many years of experience in the Corporate and Educational Industries.

Pauline offers a wealth of experience in understanding people and what they want.

Pauline is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AMI) She is also a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI)

Her ten years experience caring and helping young students adapt to their new surroundings has earned her respect with all cultures. Pauline strongly believes it is vital to become familiar with both the written and oral form to successfully achieve your dreams and goals during your time in Australia.

Pauline continues to provide lodgings for underage students of all denominations and understands their multi-cultural differences, which assists young people to feel comfortable and safe during their stay with their host family.

As a person who has undertaken many study and training programs herself she understands the importance of obtaining a strong education and the necessity of interacting with people whilst learning the English language.
